This particular love story began when Andrea, a sales associate with a large Real Estate company
won the Southeast Region Broker Council Listing Presentation contest. That win gave her the opportunity
to compete at the International Real Estate convention.
Tommy, a Marketing Director at the time,
was one of the presentation competition judges. This is how Tommy and Andrea first laid eyes on one
another. Tommy and Andrea met again that evening at the kick off party, where they
"danced the night away."
On May 1, 1993 less than two months after the convention,
Andrea and Tommy where married. The rest, as they say, is history.
Since 1987, Tommy has been
one of the leading Real Estate professionals in Texas. Serving the Austin, Dallas and now
Central Texas area. Tommy and Andrea have been Shaw Properties since 1996. Before opening their own Real
Estate company they had worked for several of the top franchises, sold real estate franchises, and
managed one of the top relocation companies.

attainable through the REALTORS National Marketing Institute. As a CRS Tommy is in the top 4% of all
real estate agents in the United States. On the road to earning this prestigious designation Tommy
also earned the designation of "Graduate Residential Institute" (GRI).
